Everything you need to know before buying your Venom Motorsports motorcycle, scooter, dirt bike, mini jeep or ATV.

Shipping and Delivery

Is shipping free to my home?

Yes. We offer FREE shipping across the continental USA when you select Residential Home Delivery at checkout.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Every order ships with tracking and you will receive it by email once your order leaves our warehouse.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

The carrier will contact you 1 to 2 days before arrival to schedule a delivery window.

Do I need to sign for delivery?

Most shipments do not require a signature. However, someone should be present to inspect the unit.

Will the carrier bring the bike inside?

Freight delivery is curbside. The carrier will unload the crate to ground level at your driveway or entrance.

What should I check when my bike arrives?

Inspect the crate before accepting delivery. If you see any damage, take photos and note it with the driver.

What happens if my bike arrives damaged?

Report it within 48 hours by emailing photos along with your VIN and Order Number. We will replace any damaged parts at no cost.

Assembly

How much assembly is required?

Depending on the option selected:

• 80% Assembled requires light setup
• 90% Assembled requires minimal setup
• Fully Assembled arrives inspected and ready to ride

Do I need mechanical experience?

Mechanical experience is not required.

However, if you select an 80 percent or 90 percent assembled option, the final assembly must be completed and inspected by a qualified professional mechanic to ensure the motorcycle has been assembled correctly and is safe to operate.

If you select the Full Assembly, Inspected, and Tested option, your motorcycle will arrive fully assembled, professionally inspected, and test checked by our team. In this case, the unit is ready to ride upon delivery. You simply need to add fuel.

Legal and Registration

Are your bikes street legal?

Yes. Motorcycles and scooters sold by Venom come with the required documentation for registration.

Do I need a motorcycle license?

In most states:

• 50cc and below do not require a motorcycle license
• Please check your state DMV rules for regulations on a 50cc and below scooter
• Above 50cc typically requires a motorcycle endorsement
  

Will I receive registration paperwork?

Yes. Your MCO and Bill of Sale are included either inside the shipment or sent separately.

If I paid tax at checkout, will I pay again at the DMV?

No. If tax was collected at checkout, it is remitted properly.

Warranty and Support

Do the bikes come with a warranty?

All Venom Motorsports units include a 1-Year Standard Parts Replacement Warranty. Extended options available up to 5 years/Unlimited Mileage.

Is the warranty transferable?

No. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

What happens if something breaks later?

We stock replacement parts and provide ongoing support.

Are replacement parts available long term?

Yes. Replacement parts can be purchased directly from our website in the Parts section by clicking here

Ownership

Are Venom Motorsports bikes beginner friendly?

Yes. Many of our customers are first time riders.

Can a local mechanic service it?

Yes. Most local motorcycle or small engine repair shops can service Venom Motorsports vehicles.

Does Venom Motorsports manufacture its own bikes?

Venom Motorsports designs and supports its vehicles while manufacturing is handled through overseas production partners.

Delivery Documents

When will I receive my MCO Title and Bill of Sale?

These are sent either inside the crate or by express mail depending on fulfillment location.

What if I lose my MCO Title?

Replacement documents are available for a processing fee. Please call 1-855-984-1612.

Payment Options

Is financing secure?

Yes. All financing partners are established providers with secure systems.

How does layaway work?

Layaway allows you to reserve a future unit with a deposit and make payments over time.

Can I cancel my layaway?

Layaway payments can be converted into store credit.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I exchange my order?

Due to freight shipping costs, exchanges are not available once shipped.

What is your return policy?

All vehicle sales are final once shipped.
