1) How do I Finance a vehicle from Venom Motorsports?
Great question! Financing with Venom Motorsports has never been so easy and can be completed with just a few clicks of a button!
In order to finance your new bike, please follow the following steps:
A. Choose your vehicle and select color/warranty/helmet options
B. Click on ‘BUY IT NOW’
C. Click on ‘View Cart’ button to be redirected to your shopping cart.
D. Please review the Terms & Conditions and check the box when completed.
E. Click on ‘CHECKOUT’ to proceed to checkout.
F. Please enter all Contact Information (email address, shipping address, phone #, etc.)
G. Click on ‘Continue to Shipping’.
H. Please choose your shipping method and click ‘Continue to Payment'.
I. You will notice all payment methods available for this purchase. Please look for the following Finance Options:j. All Finance Companies listed here are available for your purchase and usually require $0 down to proceed.
J. Please choose one of the finance options and scroll down to the green button and click ‘Complete Order’.
K. You will be redirected to the Pre-Approval Form for completion.
L. Payment options and a decision for approval will be made on the spot.
M. If approved, please select your preferred monthly payment and you may finalize your order.
N. Congratulations on your purchase! Your order confirmation + order # will be emailed to you immediately and tracking # will be issued within 1-3 business days.

2) Is shipping FREE to my doorstep?
Yes, please choose "Residential Home Delivery" or “Doorstep Delivery” option at checkout for delivery directly to your home with a scheduled 4-hour window delivery appointment with the shipping carrier.
3) What if I am not home when the bike arrives for delivery?
No need to worry, the shipping carrier will call you 1-2 days before arriving to your home and schedule a 4-hour window delivery appointment if chosen the "Residential Home Delivery" option.
4) Will I receive a tracking #?
Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking # and can be tracked online using the carrier’s website.
5) I am planning on selling my VENOM vehicle, is my warranty transferrable?
Unfortunately, warranty is NON-Transferrable and cannot be issued to a new buyer.
6) Are there any discounts if I purchase 3+ units at a time?

7) Do the bikes comes with any warranty?
Yes, all VENOM Motorcycles/Moped/Super Pocket Bikes/Dirt Bikes and ATVs purchased from us at Venom Motorsports come with a 1-YEAR Standard parts replacements warranty. This is completely FREE of charge because you are ordering with us here at Venom Motorsports.
We also do have an option to extend this warranty for 2 or 3 full years at an additional cost. Please ask your sales rep for more details.

8) I need to enter my SSN for financing with Venom Motorsports, is this safe?
Yes absolutely! Financing with Venom Motorsports is a breeze and is at no-risk to you. All finance companies offered by Venom Motorsports are secure and legitimate. Please visit the finance company’s website for more information on how they collect your information.
9) How does LAYAWAY work?
We make layaway as simple as possible for our customers. You will be required to put a deposit on the bike of your choice to open an account.
You can make payments at your own pace; we do not put a schedule on you. Layaway does not guarantee or reserve a model from the current batch, however will set a bike aside from the following batch of units.
Payments can be made 24/7 using our online checkout system:

RESERVATION OF SALE PRICE
By placing a bike on Layaway, this does not reserve you the sale price nor does this reserve you a unit. You will be responsible to pay the daily price of the vehicle when completing your layaway.
CANCELLATION - NO REFUNDS
Your layaway account can be cancelled, however can NOT be refunded back to your card. If you would like to close your layaway account, this can be done by applying the total payments made towards in-store credit via Gift Card, or towards any item at our store.
10) How long do I have to pay off my layaway account?
You have 10 months to pay off your layaway. If paid off within 10 months, you will not be charged any interest or service fees. The service was completely FREE ($0).
However, should you need longer than 10 months, we do have a charge of $69 to extend for an additional 3 months.
We do not put a schedule on you, you may make payments at your own pace. As long as you have it paid off within 10 months, we do not charge you a penny for layaway.
11) How do I make another payment towards my layaway?
Very simple! We make it as easy as possible for you. Once you make your first payment, an account is open for you under your email address.
Each time you make a payment, please be sure to use the same email address and your payments will pile in your account
13) I've started a layaway, but I'd like to cancel it.
All layaways are NON-Refundable. If you would like to cancel your Layaway Account, please contact your sales rep for assistance on closing your account.
Please Note: refunds are not given on Layaway orders.
You have the option of applying your current balance to another product in store, such as accessories, clothing, parts, etc. to close off your account.
We can also offer to change the Motorcycle on Layaway to a different vehicle at no additional charge.
14) I notice the price changed from when I started my Layaway, what do I do?
If you start a layaway and the price of the product goes up since you began, you will be required to pay the Daily Price of the vehicle.
Also, if the price happens to drop, you can finish your Layaway by paying the price listed today. Layaway does not reserve sale prices. Daily Price refers to the price of the bike today.
15) Can I start Layaway on a vehicle on sale and reserve the sale price?
We try to keep Layaway a FREE service and do not charge any service fees or interest. With this being said, Layaway does not reserve the sale price, and your Layaway Account will be finalized once the final payment is made on the Price of the vehicle on that day.
16) Are your bikes street legal?
Yes, ALL Motorcycles & Moped/Scooters sold by Venom Motorsports are street legal. All our street legal bikes will arrive with the MCO (title) and Bill of Sale with your purchase included FREE of charge.

17) Do I need a motorcycle license to ride my bike?
In most states, any moped/scooter below 50cc does NOT require a motorcycle license to operate.
Anything above 50cc will require you to have a motorcycle license to register.

You will need to contact your local DMV for more information on this and Venom Motorsports is not held liable for any registration issues/errors.
18) Are the 50cc Venom bikes, such as the Venom x18 50cc, x21 50cc, and Maddog 50cc, considered a moped/scooter that does not need a motorcycle license?
Yes! If you reside in a state that does not require a motorcycle license for a bike that is under 50cc, these bikes qualify for this as they are rated as 49.4cc which meets the requirements for the DMV.
19) Does Venom manufacture their own bikes?
Yes we do! All our bikes are designed in Canada and manufactured in China overseas.
We warranty our own bikes and support is available 6 days a week @ 1-855-984-1612.
20) When will the X19 return in stock?
The Venom x19 110cc has been discontinued, and will no longer be available. For current pocket bikes.motorcycles, please click HERE to view everything in stock and available for purchase now.
21) I just placed my order. When will I receive my tracking number?
Awesome, congratulations on your purchase! You should have received your Order Confirmation + Order # via email.
You will receive a tracking number right to your email within 1-3 Business Days from the date your order is placed.
All orders placed before 12pm EST will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after will begin processing the following business day.
22) How long does delivery take after my order ships out?
Delivery within USA will take 3-7 business days once shipped.
Please Note: this is an average shipping time and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Although, we work hand-in-hand with the shipping carrier to deliver your bike in the most efficient matter, Venom Motorsports does not have control over delivery times and delays due to natural causes.
Venom Motorsports will ship your order from either 1 of 4 of our warehouse locations depending on stock and inventory. Venom Motorsports fulfillment centers are located in California, Texas, Georgia, and Canada.
23) Is my shipment secure and insured?
Yes! We fully insure each order all the way to you. That means while your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free.
We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing.
24) What should I do on the day of delivery?
As the carrier is dropping off your new bike for delivery, we urge you to go over the bike and inspect for any damages or missing pieces before you sign for it.
If there are rips in the box it does not mean your bike is damaged. Rips happen during shipping and is NORMAL. Your bike is fully crated on metal to protect it during shipping. If you are worried there might be damages please have the driver mark possible damages on the shipping label before you sign off on it.
25) My bike has some scratches or damages. What do I do?
If your new bike was to arrive with any damages, you have 48 hours to report any visible damage to the unit and take pictures while it is still crated. We must receive pictures via e-mail along with the VIN # and Order #. Pictures should include pictures of the unit as well as of the box. These will be replaced at no charge and will be sent with registered mail. Failure to do so will result in a denied warranty claim.
26) I ordered a bike, when will I receive my MCO Title and Bill of Sale?
Your MCO and Bill of Sale will arrive in:
- Envelope via UPS Express, free of charge.
- Inside the package with your motorcycle.
The format for delivery of your paperwork will depend from where your bike is shipped from.
27) If I am being charged tax at the checkout, will I be required to pay tax again when I register my bike at the DMV?
No! You will NOT need to pay the tax again at the DMV if we charged you tax during checkout. The Bill of Sale included with your purchase will include the Tax ID and all tax payment will be remitted to your DMV. You will not need to pay tax again at the DMV.
28) I've lost my MCO Title and Bill of Sale. Can I get a replacement?
If you have lost your MCO and Bill of Sale, replacements can be sent at a fee of $129.95.
This will be sent out via regular mail with a tracking #.
29) My bike arrived with damage, what do I do?
If your bike arrived with damage, you have 48 hours after receiving delivery to send us photos of the damage. These will be replaced at no charge and will be sent with registered mail.
30) I want to exchange my order, what do I do?
Due to the cost of shipping the units back-and-forth, Venom Motorsports does not accept exchanges to orders once your unit has been shipped.
31) What is your return policy?
All sales are FINAL.
32) I received a customs invoice for a part, what do I do?
Due to certain products being imported from overseas, small items may be charged a customs fee from the shipping company. This will be the responsibility of the customer to pay.
For more information if you will receive a customs charge when ordering a part, please give us a call and ask.
33) The tracking information on my package hasn't updated in a while, what do I do?
As most shipments are quite large, they will be shipped out via Freight Carrier. Once sent out, please allow up to 48 hours for shipping information to become available on the carrier’s website.
For additional information, you can contact the shipping carrier and provide them with your Tracking or PRO # for additional information.
34) Do you ship to Hawaii or internationally?
Yes! We offer shipments to Hawaii. Shipping your new motorcycle to Hawaii is for a flat rate of $965 and you will be expected to pick up your order from the shipping port. Delivery directly to your home is available at an additional fee.
We also offer Worldwide Shipping. Shipping to your nearest port in your country will cost $1165.
Delivery will take 20-27 business days for Hawaii and International Orders.
