Motorcycles / On-Road Vehicles — Gas & Electric

The Standard Parts Warranty covers approved mechanical and electrical components on the vehicle.

During the first month of ownership, Venom Motorsports Inc. will cover both the parts and shipping costs of any approved defective component.

After the first month and until the end of the 12-month period or 4,000 miles, whichever comes first, Venom Motorsports Inc. will continue to cover the cost of approved defective components, excluding labor, wear and tear items, physical damage, and the exclusions listed in this policy.

During this period, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

The Standard Warranty covers the battery for the first 30 days only. The warranty period begins on the date the customer receives the motorcycle, not the date of purchase.

Subject to any extended warranty purchased at the time of order, the Standard Warranty period ends after 12 months or 4,000 miles, whichever comes first.

After the warranty period ends, customers are responsible for both parts and shipping costs on replacement part requests.

Extended Inclusive Parts + Shipping Warranty options may include:

• 1 Year / 4,000 Miles
• 2 Years / 8,000 Miles
• 3 Years / Unlimited Miles
• 4 Years / Unlimited Miles
• 5 Years / Unlimited Miles

Extended warranty availability depends on the vehicle and options available at the time of purchase.

Off-Road Vehicles — Gas & Electric

Off-road vehicles, including but not limited to ATVs, Go-Karts, UTVs, Dirt Bikes, Mini Jeeps, Pocket Bikes, and Mini Choppers, include a 1-Year Standard Parts Warranty.

During the first month of ownership, Venom Motorsports Inc. covers both the approved defective part and shipping costs.

After the first month and until the end of the 12-month warranty period, Venom Motorsports Inc. will continue to cover approved defective components, excluding labor, wear and tear items, physical damage, and the exclusions listed in this policy.

During this period, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

LIFAN / American LIFAN Motorcycles & Scooters

Eligible LIFAN / American LIFAN motorcycles and scooters include a 2-Year / 12,000 Miles Manufacturer’s Warranty.

During the first month of ownership, Venom Motorsports Inc. covers both the approved defective part and shipping costs.

After the first month and until the end of the 24-month period or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, Venom Motorsports Inc. will continue to cover approved defective components, excluding labor, wear and tear items, physical damage, and the exclusions listed in this policy.

During this period, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

The Standard 2-Year / 12,000 Miles Manufacturer’s Warranty covers the battery for the first 30 days only.

The warranty period begins on the date the customer receives the motorcycle, not the date of purchase.

Subject to any extended warranty purchased at the time of order, the Standard Manufacturer’s Warranty period ends after 24 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.

After the warranty period ends, customers are responsible for both parts and shipping costs on replacement part requests.

Extended Inclusive Parts + Shipping Warranty options may include:

• 3 Years / Unlimited Miles
• 4 Years / Unlimited Miles
• 5 Years / Unlimited Miles

Extended warranty availability depends on the vehicle and options available at the time of purchase.

What Lifetime Technical Support Does Not Include

Lifetime Technical Support does not include:

• Free replacement parts outside the applicable warranty period
• Labor or mechanic fees
• Towing or storage charges
• Transportation costs
• Shipping costs outside the applicable warranty terms
• Routine maintenance
• Damage caused by misuse
• Repair costs performed by third parties

Lifetime Technical Support is non-transferable and does not apply to second-hand owners, resold vehicles, modified vehicles, or vehicles not purchased directly from Venom Motorsports USA.

The following causes of damage are excluded from Venom Motorsports’ warranty programs:

• Damage resulting from negligence or lack of periodic maintenance.
• Damage resulting from repairs, adjustments, or maintenance performed by methods other than those specified by Venom Motorsports Inc.
• Damage resulting from hard driving, racing, rally use, or operation in areas not generally used for driving.
• Damage resulting from use beyond the limitations specified in the Operations Manual, including overloading the vehicle.
• Damage caused when the product is used as a rental or commercial-use vehicle.
• Damage resulting from use of non-genuine parts, accessories, fuel, lubricants, or fluids not specified by Venom Motorsports.
• Damage resulting from modifications of the product.
• Natural deterioration due to time, including fading, peeling, or similar wear.
• Consumable replacement parts due to normal wear and tear.
• Damage due to improper storage or transport.
• Water damage caused to electric vehicles.
• Damage resulting from repairs, adjustments, or maintenance performed by any person other than a certified mechanic with proof of receipt.
• Damage resulting from natural disasters, fire, flood, collision, theft, or secondary damage resulting from these events.
• Incidental or additional expenses related to claims, including towing, communication costs, hotel expenses, meals, loss of time, loss of business, or rental car expenses.
• Scheduled maintenance and inspection fees.
• Aftermarket parts, including electrical or engine replacements installed on the motorcycle or scooter.
• Routine maintenance.

Venom Motorsports mandates that all vehicles purchased must undergo full assembly, Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), and testing by a certified mechanic.

This requirement applies to all motor vehicles sold on our website.

PDI involves a comprehensive check of the vehicle’s features for functionality, with adjustments made as necessary.

By default, unless specified otherwise, most products from Venom Motorsports are shipped 80%–90% assembled at no extra cost.

If this option is chosen at checkout, the customer must arrange for a certified mechanic to perform full assembly, PDI, and testing.

It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain records of assembly, PDI, and testing performed by a mechanic shop.

Alternatively, customers may request full assembly, PDI, and testing from Venom Motorsports before shipping for an additional fee.

Upon request, Venom Motorsports will provide technical support and instructional materials.

Venom Motorsports Inc. ensures secure packaging of its products in protective crates. Certain parts and materials may be located inside the storage compartment beneath the vehicle’s seat.

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully inspect all screws, nuts, and bolts to ensure they are securely tightened before using the vehicle for the first time.

Customers should also perform periodic safety inspections before riding.

Customers must always ensure fluid levels are maintained according to the manufacturer’s recommended specifications.

Venom Motorsports strongly advises customers to replace the initial motor or engine oil, often referred to as manufacturer’s oil, with 10W40 motor oil no later than 300 miles or after an 8-hour break-in period, whichever comes first.

Venom Motorsports Inc. assures that all listed items are compliant with NHTSA, DOT, and EPA regulations and are typically designated for on-road use unless otherwise specified.

Upon purchase, Venom Motorsports Inc. will furnish the buyer with a standard Manufacturer Certificate of Origin (MCO) and Bill of Sale, completed in accordance with state regulations and notarized as required.

It is the responsibility of the customer to undertake reasonable measures to register the vehicle at their local DMV.

Venom Motorsports Inc. strongly recommends that all customers consult their local DMV regarding registration costs and requirements before purchasing any item intended for road use.

Venom Motorsports Inc. will not issue refunds if the customer encounters difficulties in registering the vehicle.

Katapult Financing Exception

Orders financed through Katapult are eligible for return within fourteen (14) days of delivery, as required by Katapult’s merchant guidelines.

• Return approval is required.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.
• The item must be returned in unused condition and is subject to inspection.

This exception applies only to Katapult-financed orders. All other purchases remain final.

Prices, colors, and models may be altered without prior notification.

Venom Motorsports Inc. does not guarantee the accuracy of representations regarding inventory.

Product availability is subject to change based on sales volume and is provided on an “as available” basis.

Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and unusual delays will be communicated to the customer.

Before shipment, all orders undergo pre-inspection by Venom Motorsports Inc.

If an item does not meet inspection standards, shipment may be refused.

If the product is out of stock, Venom Motorsports Inc. will endeavor to offer the customer a suitable alternative of similar value or provide a refund upon request.

Upon shipment, tracking information will be provided by email confirmation.

The tracking number may become active within 24 to 48 hours after pickup by the designated carrier.

Customers are responsible for directly contacting the carrier for inquiries related to delivery date, time, and appointments.

Venom Motorsports Inc. will not be liable for charges incurred by the carrier due to the customer’s absence during delivery attempts.

Customers are responsible for covering applicable carrier fees before another delivery appointment is scheduled.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect packages upon delivery and report visible damage to the driver.

Failure to report damage that could have been detected during delivery inspection may result in denial of a damage claim.

Vehicles will be shipped to residential or business addresses within the carrier’s designated delivery time frame, generally Monday through Friday.

Deliveries are made to the threshold of the designated location, and freight service generally extends only to the first dry area, such as a garage or covered porch.

The customer must promptly inspect the item or items upon delivery and provide a signature for all deliveries.

Any damage to the item or packaging must be noted on the delivery receipt.

Additional fees may apply for extraordinary delivery conditions and will be the customer’s responsibility.

Once your order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email provided during checkout.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Please note the following estimated processing times before receiving a tracking number:

• 80% Assembled Vehicle: Please allow 2–3 business days for processing and shipping.
• 90% Assembled Vehicle: Please allow 2–3 business days for processing and shipping.
• Fully Assembled, Inspected, and Tested Vehicle: Please allow 4–6 business days for assembly, testing, and packaging. Tracking will be sent upon pickup.
• Parts: Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and shipping.

If you have opted in for Rush Processing, your order will be processed in priority.

The cut-off time to place an eligible order for next-business-day processing is 4:00 PM EST.

Please note the following estimated processing times with Rush Processing added:

• 80% Assembled Vehicle: Please allow 1 business day for processing and shipping.
• 90% Assembled Vehicle: Please allow 1 business day for processing and shipping.
• Fully Assembled, Inspected, and Tested Vehicle: Please allow 2–3 business days for assembly, testing, and packaging. Tracking will be sent upon pickup.

Upon the customer making a minimum deposit of $50.00, Venom Motorsports will establish a layaway account to facilitate continued payments.

The maximum standard layaway period is 10 months from the deposit date.

The item will ship only after the full balance has been paid.

Should the customer require more than 10 months, Venom Motorsports may extend the layaway period by an additional 3 months, subject to an extension fee of $69.00.

Layaways can be transferred to other products at any time during the layaway period upon the customer’s request, provided the new item is in stock.

The customer may request cancellation of the layaway at any time.

Refunds cannot be processed back to the original payment method.

If the customer wishes to close the layaway account, total payments made can be applied toward store credit by gift card or toward another item in our store.

By purchasing a motor vehicle from Venom Motorsports Inc., the purchaser acknowledges the inherent risks associated with motor vehicle use and motorcycle-related activities.

The purchaser agrees to ensure that any user of the motor vehicle is qualified to operate it and is in proper physical condition to participate in such activities.

Adult supervision is required for children under the age of 16.

The purchaser assumes all risks and dangers related to the use of the purchased motor vehicle, including but not limited to disability, paralysis, dismemberment, and death.

These risks may arise from the purchaser’s own actions or inactions, as well as the actions or inactions of others.

There may also be unforeseeable risks, including social and economic losses, for which the purchaser accepts responsibility.

Venom Motorsports Inc. and its affiliates are released from liability for damages resulting from the use or misuse of the purchased vehicle to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The purchaser is responsible for registering and operating the purchased vehicle in compliance with local and state laws and ordinances.

Venom Motorsports Inc. makes no representations regarding the legality of its vehicles for operation in specific cities, states, or provinces.
