Refund policy

Sales are final except for the Katapult exception below and any cancellation, return or refund rights required by applicable law or the governing financing agreement.

Review before purchasing

Review the exact vehicle's specifications, dimensions, intended use, assembly requirements and registration requirements before ordering. Contact our team with product or suitability questions before placing your order.

Katapult orders

Orders placed using Katapult's lease to own program are excluded from the general final sale policy and have a 14 day return window after delivery, subject to the applicable Katapult agreement and program requirements.

The merchant agreement specifies return in original condition, subject to inspection. Adding fuel or performing initial setup or testing does not, by itself, automatically disqualify a Katapult return. Contact our team promptly within the return window for approval, return instructions and coordination before arranging transport.

The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling unless applicable law or the governing financing agreement requires otherwise. Returns and any related lease adjustments must be coordinated with Venom and Katapult. This exception applies to Katapult orders and does not establish a general return program for other purchases.

Cancellations, shipping damage and warranty support

Ordinary order cancellation terms are described in the Warranty and Purchase Terms. Those terms do not override mandatory cancellation or refund rights or the Katapult exception.

For shipping damage, review the Shipping Policy and contact us promptly with photos, the order number and VIN. Setup issues, defects and eligible warranty claims are reviewed through our technical support team under the applicable warranty terms.
